A.Q.A is a support organisation for people with physical disabilities, specialising in support for people with spinal cord injury. AQA also operates an attendant care service.

A spinal cord injury results in an irreversible, life-changing experience that impacts not only on the injured person but their family, friends, social and work contacts. Life will never be the same again for any of these people.

At this time of great upheaval, the support of a skilled peer can be a most powerful intervention.
AQA provides peer support to people with spinal cord injury while in hospital. This program is conducted by staff who themselves have a first hand experience of spinal cord injury.
