Bridging the Gap Inc is a not for profit community organisation that aims to provide empowerment and support for those in emotional, social and physical need and equal access for those socially excluded. Our vision is to see communities where equality of opportunity is valued through enabling poor and disadvantaged people to overcome their problems.
