The mission of the Summer Foundation is to help get young people with a disability out of nursing homes. We are raising funds through our Building Better Lives® campaign (www.buildingbetterlives.org.au) to build an integrated housing model where young people with a disability can live in and be a part of the community, with access to round-the-clock support when they need it.
