Care Inc. Financial Counselling Service is a community organisation set up to ensure low income consumers are treated fairly and to support them to overcome debt.

We offer information and financial counselling , and have a community development and education program. the No Interest Loan Scheme (NILS) .

Care also hosts the Consumer Law Centre of the ACT and Consumer Law Centre.

The Consumer Law Centre of the ACT is a free, independent, community legal centre funded by the ACT Government. It aims to provide legal assistance and advice to low to moderate income consumers, primarily in the areas of consumer credit, telecommunications and utilities, as well as general fair trading and consumer protection. The Centre also works towards improving legal protection for consumers, and raising awareness and understanding of consumers' rights in the ACT.

Care Inc. is based in Canberra, ACT, but provides financial counselling services to the surrounding areas.
