Description
The objective of Castlemaine District Community Health Ltd is to design and provide programs and activities to the Mount Alexander Shire, which ensure:- community members receive primary health, preventative care and community support services which are accessible, responsive and of the highest quality;
- health outcomes and general social well-being of the people in the surrounding region are improved; and
- individuals and community groups are empowered to achieve self direction in personal well-being and community health
Castlemaine District Community Health Ltd offers a range of services and programs aimed at promoting health and preventing illness. These may be conducted on an individual or group basis. Our services and programs include:-
