Description

ChelCSS is a support agency that provides the following services:

- Emergency relief,material aid and limited food assistance
- Supportive casework
- Community Information
- No Interest Loans Scheme (NILS)
- Free counselling
- Tax help during July - October

Visiting services include:

- Financial Counselling Victoria
- Peninsula Community Legal Centre

We are largely a volunteer organisation and if we can't help, we'll find someone who can.
