The Consumer Credit Legal Service (WA) Inc (CCLSWA) is a specialist not-for-profit organisation providing advice to Western Australian consumers in the area of banking and financial services. Our vision is to assist the West Australian community to achieve just and fair relationships with banks and financial institutions. CCLSWA undertakes this by providing advice and representation to consumers in Western Australia, as well as taking an active role in community legal education, law reform and policy issues affecting consumers.
