Cure the Future

Description

Cure the Future (also known as The Cell and Gene Trust) was founded in 2005 to raise funds for medical research into innovative cell and gene therapies.

Key to this research is platform technology that has the potential to cure diseases such as heart disease, cancer, haemophilia, diabetes and ultimately, could be used to facilitate cures for as many as 4,000 diseases.

Cure the Future believes that cell and gene therapy will be the way we cure and treat genetic diseases in the future so that our children and grandchildren will not suffer.

The notion that we can use cells or genes to “heal ourselves” of disease that have always been incurable is almost beyond comprehension but is in fact within reach.
