International Women’s Development Agency (IWDA) is an Australian not-for-profit organisation that, for over 25 years, has been creating positive change for women and their communities. Our practical and rights-based projects directly address poverty, discrimination and oppression in the Asia Pacific region.

IWDA’s vision is for a just, equitable and sustainable world where women enjoy the full range of human rights, where women and men interact with dignity and respect, and where women have an effective voice in economic, cultural, civil and political structures.

IWDA works in partnership with women’s groups and through advocacy to create empowering and transformative change for women in the Asia Pacific.
