The service operates through a holistic care approach encompassing social work, cardiovascular/diabetes education, dietetics, occupational therapy (adult & paediatric), speech pathology (paediatric), physiotherapy, exercise groups, podiatry, drug & alcohol counselling, tobacco-free clinic, dental services, self-run groups and support groups.
