Description

Melbourne Community Television Consortium is the holder of the community television broadcast licence operating as Channel 31.
The station broadcasts to the greater Melbourne and Geelong area. All programs are made and provided to the station by volunteer producers. In the absence of any funding from the Federal or State governments the organisation is required to generate its own operating funds through limited sponsorship on the station.
