Organisation:
One Health Organisation is the only Not-for-profit Agency in Australia to specifically promote a holistic approach to primary health care. It was formed to bridge the gap between the community sector and the holistic healthcare industry by creating integrative, wellness focused projects for the disadvantaged and vulnerable.

Being informed by a Social Ventures model, OHO acts as an umbrella organisation for small community driven initiatives: encouraging the formation of new organisations and initiatives, providing much needed legal infrastructure, micro-financing and strategic guidance, and distributing holistic medical supplies and supplements from our sponsors and business members. OHO’s Social Enterprise Scheme similarly encourages businesses of all sizes to create innovative programs that support their local and global communities via holistic healthcare centred initiatives.

The Role:
Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible developing, coordinating and managing OHO’s collaborative partnership program, including responsibility for managing all resources associated with the Collaborative Partnerships Program. The Collaborative Partnership Program (CPP) includes developing new collaborative partnerships with other holistic health organisations, managing the Memoranda of Understanding (MOU’s) between partners and OHO, and managing the ongoing needs associated with partnerships of this kind. The Collaborative Partnership Manager is also responsible for assuring the feasibility, quality and timeliness of the service delivery associated with collaborative partnerships. They represent the Collaborative Partners within OHO and work to identify and develop resources and processes as needed within this developing area of community health.

You will ideally possess Tertiary qualifications in Complementary Medicine and/or Community Partnership Management and hold current membership of professional organisation or association for profession (e.g. AMA, ATMS) - working experience gained in this field with be highly regarded but is not essential. You should be an excellent communicator who has the ability to liaise with staff at all levels of an organisation and a diverse range of community stakeholders. You should have a desire to work within a social ventures framework, including the development of collaborative partnerships that result in delivery of outcome-based services within the holistic health care industry. Finally, you will be driven by quality results through working with your team to high standards throughout.

Responsibilities:
• Developing and managing collaborative partnerships across a diverse and challenging industry environment.
• Development of policy, procedure and governance framework associated with a new CPP.
• Provision of support services to Collaborative Partners within limited volunteer resource availability.
• Development of donor relationships to facilitate and support CPP requirements.
• Resolving complex problems associated with collaborative partnerships.
• Collaborating with industry partners and stakeholders to gain consensus and resolve issues.
• Managing a geographically dispersed, volunteer workforce.
• Allocation of CPP volunteer and program resources to Collaborative Partners.
• Collaborative Partnership decisions required to establish Partnership MOU’s
• Relevant reporting and governance activities relating to the OHO Social Ventures Framework.
• Identify and escalate risks to OHO in relation to Collaborative Partnerships to mitigate risks.
• Identify and deploy strategies to develop, manage and optimise collaboration and engagement with community groups and individuals.
