Description

We are a Home Visiting & Support Service to people living in the City of Sydney Local Government Area. Our aim is to assist isolated, frail, aged, people with disabilities and their carers with regular friendly visits in their home. Our aim is to assist people with daily activities so they can have more access to services in the community and remain in their own home or with their carer.
We help people with :-
reading/filling out forms
paying bills, banking
shopping for special items
accompanying on walks
bus trips/social outings
escorting to appointments
