SEPC provide free holistic in home services to people with a life threatening illness and their families and whom reside within the South East of Melbourne. The service offers nursing and medical services for pain and symptom management, counselling, pastoral care, community welfare, occupational therapy and music therapy, with expansion of supportive services planned for the future.
