VICSRAPID, a statewide, non-profit, community-based charitable organisation, was formed in 1986 to enhance the lifestyle of people with disabilities through access to and choice of opportunities in community sport and recreation, with a particular focus on athletes with an intellectual disability for participation in competitive sports at state, national and international levels.
