We are an outreach of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Perth that provides support and services to people with intellectual disabilities and their families, and have been proudly doing so since 1977.

identitywa’s target group is people with intellectual and/or multiple disabilities, particularly those with expressed spiritual needs. identitywa provides services to people with intellectual disabilities of all ages and with a varying range of support needs. We specialise in services for people with high support needs, including those who display challenging behaviour.

identitywa has a reputation for quality, clear values, transparent policies, integrity, and skilled and committed management and staff. Our services for families are designed to meet the individual needs of mothers, fathers, brothers, sisters and carers of people with disabilities.

We provide our services across the Perth metropolitan area.
