Username: What you created when you first registered or you can use your email address
Password: If you have forgotten your password, click here to generate a new one.
When you have done this, you will be sent a new activation link which you must click in order for the account to be made active.
Our community group has a new member of staff - how do I add a new user?
Simply login and select "Add new user" – this will give a colleague access to your organisation’s volunteer project account so that they too may receive communication and submit volunteer projects.
What if our community group wants to put up more than one project?
You can submit multiple projects at a time. Just remember, you will need staff to communicate, manage and/or supervise your volunteers, so make sure you have enough capacity before you post multiple projects.
We don't seem to be getting many applications. How do I make our volunteer position attractive to volunteers?
Writing volunteer projects is a bit of a knack. The best thing we can suggest is to come along to one our workshops, where you can meet others in the same positon, share tips, and hear our feedback on what works. RSVP for the next worksho, or you can download the oline presentation here.

Please note, our corporate partners give their staff 1 or 2 days of volunteer leave a year, so while staff are also open to longer projects, projects that fit into this time period are particularly sort after.
