It is the volunteers' responsibility to intitiate contact with the community group. At this stage of the process, community groups are able to view your basic contact details in the event they need to do further screening or the wish is no longer required.

From this data, the only information which is displayed publicly on the website is organisation name, description, state, website, social category and which volunteer projects you have published to the site.

When volunteers apply for one of your volunteer projects, you will be alerted with an email and you are then able to securely log into the goodcompany website to view their application which includes the volunteer's name, state, employer/organisation, level of professional expertise, primary and secondary skill areas, areas of social interest and also a personal message written by the volunteer.

If you accept this application and progress the wish to the next stage, the volunteer will be alerted via email and can securely login to the website and view the community group's wish, name, contact person, telephone number and email address. You will also be sent a similar email.  It is the volunteers responsibility to intitiate contact with the community group.
