Making corporate skilled volunteering easy
goodcompany partners with corporate and other employers to make staff skilled volunteering easy, matching volunteer professionals from a dozen skill categories with the needs of our 750 registered community groups.
A single relationship with goodcompany gives access to a reliable flow of diverse volunteer opportunities from community groups in 15 social sectors. Program design, matching, monitoring, reporting and evaluation are all taken care of. Bite-sized volunteer projects match staff availability and skills.

As part of goodcompany’s social enterprise model, the Engage Program is offered on a fee-for-service basis. The Engage Program revenue is important for our long term financial sustainability and underpins the ongoing free services offered to Australia’s charities.
goodcompany - NAB Partnership
goodcompany's partnership with NAB started in 2008 and supports their aim of extending the successful general volunteering program into skilled professional volunteering, linking its people's skills to more than 650 community groups through this program.
National Australia Bank is goodcompany’s first Engage Program partner, with service delivery underway in Sydney and Melbourne.

goodcompany - AMP Partnership
goodcompany is proud to announce the launch in 2010 of its new Engage partnership with AMP. This leading Australian financial institution can now deliver to both its community partners and the broader community sector a large potential pool of skilled volunteers.
In 2009, almost 2000 employees participated in one or more AMP volunteer programs. The Engage partnership with goodcompany marks the beginning of AMP's skilled volunteering program.
