By delivering you pro bono professional services, goodcompany can make your life a lot easier - saving you money, finding you skills you might not otherwise be able to access, and building the capacity of your organisation to achieve its objectives. It’s a new way of thinking. Don’t ask for money, ask for skills and expertise. It’s simple, easy, and has high impact.

goodcompany places individual volunteers who perform specific roles, as well as small volunteer teams project managed by a goodcompany Development Volunteer. Our diverse volunteers may be self-emoployed, semi-retired, or youg professionals. Many come to us via our Employee Volunteering Program with leading corporations. All of them share in common high levels of skill and the relevant experince needed to help your organisation thrive.

Our volunteers have offered to help you, so we ask you to help them and provide the necessary briefing, support and training. We have found the most positive experiences happen when groups treat goodcompany volunteers as professional service providers. The only difference is that the service is pro bono.
