Club Wild
Description
Club Wild is one of Australia's leading community artsorganisations working with people with a disability. We are
working towards a world which celebrates the creativity and
equal participation of people with disabilities.
Club Wild does this through an exciting program of disability
friendly dance parties, training and creative workshops in songwriting, video making, band
performance, DJing, MCing, rapping, event management. We have wide ranging collaborations and
partnerships with arts organisations, festivals, cultural venues, all levels of government, community
organizations and key individuals.
Since 1998 over 20,000 people have been involved in Club Wild events and activities in Melbourne,
around country Victoria and in Sydney. Club Wild has an active particpant base of around 300
people with a disability as performers, production crew, event organisers and workshop leaders.
Club Wild currently works with communities from our home base at North Melbourne Town Hall, in
Frankston, Craigieburn, Portland, Benalla, Wodonga and in Sydney.
Club Wild is a program of St Laurence Community Services Inc. Donations are eligible as tax
