Since 1962 Disablility Opportunities Victoria Inc.(DOV) has offered services for disabled people living in Frankston and the Mornington Peninsula areas. More recently DOV's Chief Executive Officer, Mr Greg Merret and the Board of Management have instigated innovative programs that have allowed persons who have a disability to live and work in the community in which they live. Options of real and lasting employment are now open to those who attend DOV.

DOV at present works with more than one-hundred clients, young disabled adults. The family acceptance of our concept of being relevant in the community is demonstrated by the fact that during the last four years, the number of people requesting our support has increased by over 40%. This is a massive increase in people who are searching for a better way ahead and a better future with positive lifestyle opportunities.
