Lifeline aims to relieve poverty, sickness, suffering, distress, misfortune, destitution and helplessness in the community generally, in the spirit of the Christian vision of caring for people of all backgrounds and circumstances. To provide help to people who are experiencing difficulties. This includes distribution of emergency relief, referrals to appropriate support organisations, and assistance and friendship to older people and people with disabilities.
