As a member Association of the broader Victorian and National YMCA movement, Manningham YMCA Incorporated has been serving the community of Manningham for thirteen years. Since its formation Manningham YMCA has provided health, wellness and community development programs as an integral part of its mission to help people build a healthy body, mind and spirit. While many people may be aware of this particular aspect of the YMCA and may have experienced its benefits, our objective is to enrich and enhance the lives of members of our Manningham community.
As a values-based charity with over one million people walking through our doors per annum, Manningham YMCA touches the lives of people of all ages, faiths, backgrounds, abilities and incomes.
In the last thirteen years Manningham YMCA has provided more than $500,000 in additional charitable or benevolent assistance to give families and youth in need the chance to benefit from Y programs and services.
MYMCA Inc channels all income derived from management fees or business unit operational surpluses into either a Community Development Program or a separate Manningham YMCA Youth and Community Services Gift fund.
