RPH Australia is the national peak organisation for RPH (Radio fot the Print Handicapped) broadcasters. The organisation representsseven state bodies operating a narional network or 15 RPH radio reading services.

RPH broadcasters provide a unique radio reading service designed to meet the daily information needs of an est imated 3,300,000 Australians who can't read normal print - Austrailans with a print disabiltiy.

Members services read high trunover print publications to air daily - newpapers, magazines, books and other informatiion only avialable in a normalprint format.

The services are volunteer bases, wkth over 1500 voluntee4rs contributing their time and skills every week to provide access to today's newspaper today; this week's New Idea or Woman's Day this week!

RPH Australia manages a number of projects on behalf of its members to facilitate thei4r individual services.
