SKA TV
Description
SKA TV aims to be an accessible and egalitarian community media resource. SKA TV was formed in June 1988 by Sam Perla, John Saradon, Rik Rehara, Angela Vandenburg and other St. Kilda residents who wanted a truly local TV station, with programming relevant to local communities in all their diversity.SKA TV is a volunteer-run community media group that has been providing access to TV production and broadcasting in Melbourne since 1988.
