SoFA is a not for profit company incorporated for the purpose of establishing social firms in Australia with the express aim of providing employment for people with a psychiatric disability.

The SoFA vision is of a society in which workplaces are accessible to people of all abilities, and in which everyone has the opportunity to secure fulfiling and durable employment.
