Springvale Community Aid & Advice Bureau provides information, support & targeted community services to people in the City of Greater Dandenong and surrounding areas. Our vision is for a socially just community in which all people have equitable access to resources, are empowered to participate and have their human rights respected. Many of our clients are newly arrived migrants and refugees.
