Y. E. A. H. - Youth EmpowermentAgainst HIV/AIDS: Founded in March 005, Y. E.A.H. is Australia’s first independent not for profit health promotion organisation promoting HIV & AIDS awareness to the general community with a focus on young people.

YEAH WORKS IN TWO AREAS:
- Development of resources for educational networks
- Large scale public and media events/campaigns

GOALS:
- To reduce HIV infection ratesamongst all young people
- To address the current levels of naivety and stigma aroundHIV
- Connect young people to the realities of the global proportion of this epidemic.

This deadly yet preventable disease will continue to spread across all walks of life until we all take responsibility at an individual level to know what HIV is and know we can do something about it.
