That you can add your colleagues names to your goodcompany account?

• You can add your colleagues names so that they too can access your goodcompany account. Once you do this, they will also be able to submit wishes on behalf of your organisation.

  Login > My Wish Account > Add New User

When a volunteer applies for a wish it is removed from the website straight away?

• This keeps everything as simple as possible for both you and the volunteer, and means the sooner you respond to their application the better.
  • If you choose not to progress their wish application, your wish will be published to the website again.
  • If you choose to progress their wish application, we recommend you call the volunteer asap to start discussing the project.
  • If this volunteer doesn't work out and you still need help, you will have to resubmit a new wish through My Wish Account (it only takes a couple of minutes!)

That you can submit several wishes at once?

• If you want more than one applicant for a volunteer project, you can submit more than one wish (making sure you change some details so it looks like a different wish)

That you can submit a report even when the wish is still underway?

• We always like to hear about the progress of your wishes. If your wish is still underway or is ongoing (ie. a Board member) you can update us by filling out a report.

That many of our volunteers complete the work in their spare time rather than during work hours?

• Most of our volunteers are not necessarily sponsored to do pro bono work by their employer, but rather they are personally interested in giving something back. This is why it is so important to contact the volunteers and start the project asap as their workload can change with short notice.
