goodcompany's primary objective is to assist community organisations make contact with individual professionally skilled volunteers. 

However, it is important that you understand that goodcompany is not in a position to enquire into the skills, expertise, experience or ability of any goodcompany member volunteer.

Therefore, goodcompany does not and cannot provide any warranty or representation in respect of the skills, experience, expertise or ability of a goodcompany member volunteer.  Further, goodcompany and its officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss arising directly or indirectly from any act, omission or conduct of a goodcompany member volunteer.

It is also important to note that goodcompany does not hold professional indemnity insurance in respect of loss suffered by a community organisation arising from the activities of a goodcompany member volunteer.  If this is important you may wish to raise it with the goodcompany member volunteer and/or consider whether the work of the goodcompany member volunteer is covered by your organisation's insurance.

By becoming part of the goodcompany program, your organisation acknowledges the above and agrees to indemnify goodcompany against any loss suffered by goodcompany arising from or connected to any act, omission or conduct by your organisation.

However, it is important that you understand that goodcompany is not in a position to enquire into the objectives, operations or standing of any community organisation that is part of its program.

Therefore, goodcompany does not and cannot provide any warranty or representation in respect of the objectives, operations or standing of any community organisation or other person.  Further, goodcompany and its officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss arising directly or indirectly from any act, omission or conduct of a community organisation or other person.

It is also important to note that goodcompany does not hold professional indemnity insurance in respect of loss suffered by a community organisation arising from the activities of a goodcompany member volunteer.  If this is important you may wish to raise it with your firm (if any) and/or any organisation that you assist.

By becoming a goodcompany member volunteer you acknowledge the above and agree to indemnify goodcompany against any loss suffered by goodcompany arising from or connected to any act, omission or conduct by you.
