Ronald McDonald House Charities Victoria & Tasmania

Ronald McDonald House Charities Victoria & Tasmania is dedicated to supporting the ever-changing needs of seriously ill children and their families.

Our flagship program is the Ronald McDonald Houses at Hobart, Monash, North Fitzroy and Parkville, which provide a home-away-from-home for families with seriously ill children receiving treatment at the Royal Hobart Hospital, Monash Children's Hospital, the Royal Children's Hospital and other hospitals across Melbourne.

In addition, the Ronald McDonald Family Rooms at Monash, Northern, Sunshine & Wodonga Hospitals are a warm & welcoming respite from the ward environment, inside the hospitals themselves.

The Ronald McDonald Learning Program helps children suffering from, or recovering from, serious illness catch up on their learning. The program provides one on one tutoring with a qualified teacher to help children catch up on missed education & assist them integrating back into school.

By support RMHC VIC & TAS you are helping to provide some of the basic essentials our families need at the most difficult time of their lives. We receive no government funding & rely on the generosity of our donors to keep our facilities open 24/7, 365 days a year.
