The Right Foot
The Right Foot offers free contemporary dance workshops for young people with and without disability, providing creative opportunities for those who may otherwise not have access to dance.
We believe in the positive impact dance has on people’s lives- it is a creative way to improve health and fitness, encourage self-expression and build confidence. The Workshops are also an important professional pathway for aspiring young artists to gain experience to further their performance career.
About the role:
DirtyFeet is currently seeking the support of a creative content advisor to help plan and create content relating to the Right Foot Program
Ideally we are looking for someone who can assist with planning and development of content to promote The Right Foot Program as well as capture content from the events to support future events (these events are taking place over October and early November).
In the lead-up to the events we are looking to mostly use historical footage to promote the benefit of the events as well as tell stories of past participants who have benefited from the program. From the events themselves we’d like support on capturing video content that could be used to highlight the work the organisation does to assist with fundraising and accessing grants.
Ideally we’d like someone with a passion for dance or supporting people with disabilities.

- Videography and directing
- Video editing for digital platforms (website + email + social media)
- Experience planning and developing production to tell human stories
- A portfolio of work that will be seen across social media and online
- Mentorship/support from key board members who work across marketing, the arts, finance and the dance sector
- A letter of reference/recommendation
