Digital Marketing Superhero Wanted!

We need a passionate advocate who understands the big picture but who also understands the challenges of a small organisation.

We have launched a new website (August 2019). In order to reach more people, and find more leads, we want to improve our customer journeys and user experiences as they engage with Earthwatch online (social, web, email, donate, fundraise).

To do this, we need assistance with 
  • Understanding our current customer journeys
  • Mapping ideal customer journeys to maximise engagement and lead generation for
    • the environmentalist,
    • the donor,
    • the traveller,
    • the corporate partner,
    • the fundraiser, etc
  • Develop a supporting digital content plan and calendar for us to execute over the year
  • Create basic reporting to measure the success of our campaigns
This work will form the basis of a new nurture marketing strategy for Earthwatch Australia

Start in September. Flexible location and hours. We run a lean organisation, so big bold ideas must be mission-aligned and delivered with constrained resources. Earthwatch exists to empower people to save the natural world, through work, life, and play.
