Engineers Without Borders Australia

EWB Australia is a not-for-profit organisation mobilising humanitarian engineering skills and knowledge for positive community development outcomes. Our vision is for everyone to have access to the engineering resources they need to lead a life of opportunity, free from poverty. We connect, educate, and empower people through humanitarian engineering.

Aims:

Aim 1: Solutions for Social Change – We enable appropriate solutions to alleviate poverty and accelerate inclusive, sustainable development through engineering and technology.

Aim 2: Redefining Engineering – We redefine engineering as a community centred profession that provides leadership in the creation of a more sustainable and inclusive world.

Aim 3: A Global Movement – We inspire and mobilise a global community in engineering for social change.
