Help kids back to school after disaster
$ 20.00
“This summer has been particularly challenging for families who have been directly impacted by bushfire, over a period of six weeks.  The surprise of a very generous gift voucher was very helpful with morale in the recovery phase of our community.” – Uniting Care Gippsland

Families in rural and isolated communities can suffer more than financial or socioeconomic disadvantage; they can also experience drought, flood, cyclones and bushfires. And the impacts are felt long after the actual event.

FRRR’s Back to School (BTS) program helps rural, regional and remote school students in need gain access to quality educational experiences, no matter where the school is located or their personal situation.
Working through local community groups, BTS provides vouchers to families so they can buy the basics and put their children on an even footing.

A $20 donation could make a real difference – it could go towards stationery, uniforms, text books, or perhaps toiletries for a secondary student living independently.
