HR Professional to Review Position Descriptions & Performance Reviews
We are a small charity with a big mission seeking support from a skilled HR Professional.
As a volunteer, you will liaise with the HR & Operations Coordinator to review and update our current Performance Evaluation process against current good practice approaches to ensure we are clearly communicating expectations to our staff and supporting them in their roles. The task will require a total of two or three days (Monday - Friday) for up to six hours per day.
