3D Artist/Pavement Artist

Position Title: Volunteer 3D Artist 
Reports to: Operations Manager 
Effective Date: Commence ASAP (with completion to be 15 Dec 2017)

Located at the Gould League Sustainability Centre in Cheltenham, the primary requirement of this role is to sketch a plan/graphic suitable to sent to a sign writer for printing a floor sticker in one of our themed classrooms.

The Gould League (GL) is a not-for-profit, registered environmental (education) organisation that enables people to understand, appreciate and protect the environment.  Its strategies aim to educate and empower the community in the long-term conservation of the environment.

 Position Summary:                                 
To produce a 3D image similar to that of pavement art. 
  • The successful applicant will an experienced 3D artist, able to present a portfolio of past work.
  • Able to commit to this project and complete this task within the agreed timeframe.
  • MUST have a creative imagination and ability to sit for long periods of time; involves repetition movement in the delivery.
  • The applicant will be given the opportunity to present a plan/design of the image to be produced as a floor graphic.
  • The volunteer will be supervised by the Operations Manager.
  • This experience is limited to one volunteer for the term of the project.
 KEY SELECTION CRITERIA:                                
  1. A reputable portfolio
  2. Experience in 3D art/effects (pavement effects)
  3. Proven portfolio
  4. A Working with Children Check
  5. A Police Check
