We need to develop our community relations: Public Relations

Can you help us better understand how to get our message (and the wonderful work we do) to the wider community? Our charity does great work but we are not getting the traction we feel we should. We need someone who understands how to see the bigger picture for us and with our team, design a strategy to communicate effectively and strategically.

We expect a day with us would involve (but we are open to your thoughts):

1/2 hour: Meet the team. You will find out more about us and we'll learn about you
2 hours: Discuss what needs to be done
Working lunch - meeting the people we work with
2 hours: Discussion about plans moving forward, best practice, governance and your recommendations
1/2 hour: Review of the day - your learnings and ours
