HR Administration assistant

Star Health provides health and community services in the inner southern region of Melbourne.
We are currently seeking a dedicated volunteer to support the HR team with administration tasks. A perfect opportunity to gain new skills using a HR software system.

Key tasks and responsibilities:
Data processing using HRIS (Human Resource Information System)
Scanning
Photocopying
Microsoft outlook use

Essential:
Previous administration or office support experience
 
Competencies / Skills required:
Excellent organisation and administration skills
Computer literacy skills and competent with using a database 
Attention to detail
A positive and enthusiastic approach
 
Approximately 1 day per week
Location: This role is based at our South Melbourne location.
