Walter and Eliza Hall Institute of Medical Research
In 2015 we are celebrating 100 years of discoveries for humanity.

Since 1915, researchers at the Walter and Eliza Hall Institute of Medical Research have made significant discoveries into immunity, cancer and infectious diseases.

Our researchers tackle some of the most urgent and widespread health challenges facing humanity.

Institute researchers work on cancers including blood, breast, bowel, lung, ovarian and stomach cancers.

We also work on rare diseases; immune disorders such as diabetes, asthma, multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis and coeliac disease; and infectious diseases such as hepatitis, tuberculosis, malaria and HIV.

With your donation, we can continue to find better treatments for diseases and improve the lives of patients in Australia and around the world.
