Weave Youth & Community Services
Weave Youth & Community Services is a community based organisation that provides support services to children, young people, women and families living in the South Sydney area. We are based in Waterloo. Over 70% of our clients are Aboriginal.
Our vision is to build a strong connected community that values its members with opportunities and justice for all.
We pride ourselves on offering a broad range of free community programs. Our approach is to listen to the specific needs of each and every client, and implement individual tailored support plans.
Our services include information and referral, education and training, practical support and counselling, women and children's services, family mediation, developmental and recreational programs, mental health and substance use support, and a late night transport service.
