HR Project/ Mentoring

We are about to start the project of building a capability framework across the organisation and could use some support around project management and mentoring.

At initial stages of planning, collecting information and scheduling working groups.

I am looking at someone to discuss and assist with refining my plan, provide advise around project management. Someone with a sound understanding of Human Resources, specifically around mapping staff core competencies and training needs.

Any help would be much appreciated, even if it's only a few hours that you're able to spare. the time and day can be flexible, and our office is in Thomastown but we are able to travel to you to meet if that is more suitable.
