Accommodation program for Regional families when baby is in the NICU

Having to drop everything and come to Sydney is a common occurrence for many families when their baby has to enter the NICU.
Accommodation near hospitals is hard to find and costs on average $150 per night.
To reduce this stress in July 2012 Pillars of Strength leased a unit near Royal North Shore Hospital so that that regional dads and their families have somewhere to stay in the first stages of their babys hospitalisation (and at no cost to them).
To operate this program we need your support.
$85 will pay for a nights accommodation
$600 will pay for a family to stay for a week
We need to raise $40 000 each year to pay for the operating costs of our unit next to Royal North Shore Hospital
100% of all funds donated through this page will go directly to pay for this program which we hope to expand to other hospitals.
