Forever Projects exists to give hope, dignity, and empowerment to Tanzanian women. Through a year-long journey, families are guided from poverty to create independence for themselves. The journey costs just $1200. This is what's possible—
Meet Edina
Edina has seen an incredible transformation in her life. She is strong, driven, and entrepreneurial. When her baby Debora was born with a cleft lip, she was unable to feed her. Debora became dangerously malnourished in her first days of life.
They used to earn just 35 cents a day fetching water for other households. With 7 mouths to feed, life was incredibly hard.
Thanks to the generosity of people like you, our local team were able to guide her on a different path. One that took them out of poverty, to independence. They were given weekly training in health, business, and nutrition. With the knowledge and a kickstart, she began a business breaking rocks. This is difficult work but she was determined to do it. Now she earns a minimum of 2.5 times what she used to. Her family are thriving.
