Grant Writer
Seeking a volunteer who has the (written) ‘gift of the gab’, proficient computer skills and is able to eloquently write grant applications addressing grant-maker’s guidelines.
Your role will be to seek out relevant and eligible grant opportunities, work with our Operations Manager to define the specific project that we are seeking funding for, draft written applications and accompanying budgets (with support) and make revisions upon feedback from our Board of Directors.
Previous grant writing experience essential, and familiarity with the education or sustainability sector an asset.
Your role will have a huge impact on whether we secure much needed funding to continue our highly valuable work!
This work can be undertaken both onsite at our Cheltenham office and offsite (via phone or email), or fully remotely if necessary.
