Sienna's Gala Dinner - Set Up & Event Volunteers Needed

We are looking for approx. 20 very special people to help us with our upcoming event, Sienna's Gala Dinner. The event will be held on Thursday 20th February 2020 at the Sergeants Mess in Chowder Bay.

Sienna’s Gala Dinner is about raising awareness and funds for an aggressive childhood cancer - neuroblastoma. Since March 2010 these dinners have raised over $500,000 for vital research into a cure.

Venue: Sergeants Mess, Chowder Bay NSW

Times: 3:00pm-11:30pm

Roles: Set-up, greeting guests, assisting with auction items, raffle tickets and pack-down to name just a few.
We also need approx 3 people with a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) license.

*Set-up will be underway at 3:00pm and the event begins at 6:30pm. Event ends and pack-down begins at approx. 10:30pm. Volunteers are welcome to help for the entire duration. OR, consider a 3:30pm-7:00pm or 7:00pm-11:30pm shift.
