In the completed SHH Support centre, each apartment will feature a ceiling hoist enabling easier transfers and physical support around the dwelling.
Each hoist needs an accompanying sling; this sling is attached to the hoist and allows support workers to assist their client in a safe manner.
It is our goal to provide 2 slings per apartment, one for regular use and one to use in case of damage or soiling.
