Team role / Hands On / Community BBQ Lunch at The Brisbane Relief Hub, Emergency Relief Service

The Brisbane Relief Hub (Est. 1985)
Supports people who are in financial stress, lacking basic necessities, homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.

We would like your help at our Brisbane Relief Hub to prepare and serve a nutritious BBQ lunch to the community, the clients of our service.

What is involved:
*Prepare
*Cook
*Serve
*Clean
 Clean/Tidy Up

The Community BBQ is only available on Tuesdays.

In order to help us on the day, we would appreciate $440 which will go directly to the cost of running the BBQ day (with lunch included for your team).

A typical day with us would be:

8.30 am          Greeting and allocation meeting
9.00 am          Preparation of food and BBQ area
10.00am         Service of lunch, tea coffee and sweets
11.00am         Pack up and clean up
12 pm             Debrief and Lunch
12.30              Wrap up and Finish
